I worked as an animator on some of these sequences. Some are in the final release, but others were discarded, unfortunately.
My favourite scene was the two characters in a semi-broken boat on the sand of the beach, eating dinner with two beautiful candles in a very romantic scene. I was in charge of that scene, with the Green Lady moving her leg back and forth and her hair blowing in the wind. After that, the director wanted to change that, so I animated their feet xD
The Green Lady was very fun to experiment with. She is so beautiful!
